Currently, Kareena is busy spreading the buzz about her film, Madhur Bhandarkar’s Heroine. It is a special film for her. She is thrilled to be playing the lead and says the film marks an important part of her journey as an actress.
“It has always been my dream to become a heroine. My journey has been fantastic but it would not be complete without Madhur Bhandarkar’s ‘Heroine’,” she said.
Her character in the film is named Mahi. Kareena says she is very different from the ‘heroine’ in the film. “My character of Mahi is eccentric, edgy and over emotional. I am also a bit over emotional at times but other than that, I am not like her at all. I deal with situations differently than how she deals with them,” she said.
